Leaked artwork suggests UK developed sci-fi game will be called Alien Isolation

Creative Assembly’s Alien game revealed?

What appears to be the first glimpse of Creative Assembly’s Alien game has appeared online.

As spotted by the super-sleuths at NeoGaf, the artwork is believed to link to the Alien game first revealed by Kotaku in October. It says Alien Isolation will hit both current and next-gen consoles some time in 2014.

Interestingly, the game is said to be a first person shooter, meaning a significant departure from the norm for the studio that is famed for its strategic Total War series.

The site claimed at the time that the game had been planned for a reveal at E3 last June but, still reeling from the critical backlash suffered by Gearbox shooter Colonial Marines, Sega decided to postpone the announcement.

Alien Isolation will apparently star Ellen Ripley’s daughter Amanda, who is presumably who is pictured in the art below:
