Dinklage’s Destiny dialogue has been improved, Bungie claims

Bungie says that Peter Dinklage’s voice performance in the Destiny alpha is being revised for the game’s actual release.

Dinklage, best known for playing Tyrion Lannister in HBO’s Game of Thrones series, has been criticised for what is being called a lacklustre and phoned-in” voiceover performance for AI companion Ghost in the recently finished Destiny alpha.

Developer Bungie, however, claims that things will be different in the final release.

Hey, we read the same forums, my fictional, question formulating friend,” it said when asked if the alpha dialogue was final. In fact, the Ghost dialog has already been updated for Beta. It will be updated again for launch on September 9th, as well.

Funny thing about Alpha builds…they’re not done. Please pardon our Moon dust!”

Here’s a selection of Dinklage’s alpha quotes. Is the criticism fair or is the internet getting carried away?
