Eurocom and Keen Games developing titles based on Jerry Bruckheimer film

Disney releasing G-Force movie tie-in

Disney is to publish a game based on its upcoming 3D Jerry Bruckheimer film G-Force.

Currently Eurocom have been confirmed to be working on the PC version, while Keen Games are developing the DS and PSP versions. The game is also due for Xbox 360, PS3, PSP, PS2, iPhone and Java/Brew mobile platforms.

“The G-Force video game gives players the opportunity to take on new enemies, weapons and missions that pick up where the film leaves off and expands the experience,” said Disney Interactive’s senior vice president of global marketing Craig Relyea.

“G-Force is filled with fast-paced action and memorable characters that will appeal to video game fans of all ages.”

Starring the vocal contributions of celebrities including Nicolas Cage, Penelope Cruz, Sam Rockwell, Bill Nighy and Tracy Morgan, the film follows the exploits of a band of covert government guinea pig agents, and is due for release along with the games in July 2009.
