Eminem and Jay-Z sign up for new game

Rap superstars Jay-Z and Eminem are to feature in Activision’s upcoming DJ Hero.

The game, which is due at the end of the year on PS3, PS2, Xbox 360 and Wii, is already set to feature songs from the Beastie Boys, KRS-One, Blondie, N.E.R.D, Gorillaz, DJ Shadow and DJ AM.

Jay-Z and Eminem are serving as ‘consultants’ for Activision and FreeStyleGames, and will contribute a brand new mix for the game.

Jay-Z is also set to contribute past hits as well as upcoming tracks from his Blueprint 3 album. Eminem will also release songs for the game in the form of downloadable content.
