People Can Fly making PS3, PC and 360 game, comic book writer Remender on board for story

Epic’s Polish studio on new shooter Bulletstorm

It’s not been a great day for the carefully planned PR efforts covering Epic Games’ next blockbusters.

First, an accidental Xbox Live leak confirms Gears of War 3 for 360, arriving next year.

And now a leaked magazine has confirmed Bulletstorm, another UE3-powered Epic action game, made by its Polish studio People Can Fly.

According to those who have read the next issue US consumer mag Game Informer, People Can Fly’s game is an innovative sci-fi shooter which hinges on ‘skillshots’. The studio is partnering with comic writer Rich Remender, who previously worked on Dead Space, for the plot.

Bulletstorm, it seems from a tweet by Gears of War creator Cliff Blezinsk, is due to be officially unveiled on Monday by publisher EA, which signed up an action game from Epic some time ago.
