Exspect secures official PSP licence

Exspect has signed a major deal with Sony Computer Entertainment Europe to launch officially licensed PSP accessories, MCV can reveal.

The Gem-owned peripherals specialist will release its first line of products next month, which includes stylish cases and screen protectors designed for PSP Go and PSP 3000.

We have developed a great range of products that fit with the demands of today’s market," commented Exspect’s commercial director Neil Meredith.

"The products include high grade nappa leather options for a stylish aspirational consumer as well as products that fit with our social and ethical positioning elsewhere in our range. We have developed completely recyclable cases from hemp that along with sympathetic packaging still offer a great style look for the PSP consumer.”

Exspect’s officially licensed PSP accessories will arrive towards the end of September in time for PSP Go’s October 1st launch.
