Final Fantasy Versus XIII renamed Final Fantasy XV?

A video claiming to be from a pre-E3 Square Enix press briefing suggests that Final Fantasy XV will be announced in LA next week.

The surprise is that it isn’t a brand new game, however, but is in fact a rebranding of Final Fantasy Verses XIII.

If true, the game is supposedly coming to both Wii U and PS3, as suggested by the logos at the end of the trailer.

Rumours emerged in December that Square would use E3 2012 as a platform to reveal FFXV and that it would be multi-platform. But the video from which this news has merged – which can be seen below – is anything but conclusive.
