GamesAid Cricket Challenge Cup

GamesAid will be teaming up with Sega for its first annual Cricket Challenge Cup.

The event takes place on London’s Kew Green on September 8th. Four teams will compete in 10/10 matches, with the aim of raising 2,000 for GamesAid.

The four teams are: Sega All-Stars, captained by John Clark; Square Enix, captained by Ian Livingstone; The Outcasts, captained by Doron Garfunkel and populated with an assembly of industry personalities; and Screaming Lord Hatch’s Invitational XI, captained by Alistair Hatch and comprising of various industry PR’s and games journalists.

Each player donates 50 and all proceeds go to GamesAid.

Sega are proud to host the inaugural GamesAid Cricket Challenge Cup and we look forward to what we hop is the first annual industry cricket challenge,” said Sega’s UK MD John Clark.

Healthy completion and fun between industry peers, whilst raising awareness and funds for GamesAid epitomises the spirit of our industry.”
