Jedward: We tested Xbox games

X-Factor twins ‘Jedward’ have revealed that they tested video games for Microsoft before embarking on their new fame-filled career.

The bequiffed Irish brothers – real names John and Edward Grimes – became controversial figures on the ITV talent show for their dodgy vocal skills, but won mass public support before being voted out on Sunday.

And today the pair revealed to The Sun: "We haven’t really had jobs. We do some chores for family but we don’t take any money.

"We did work experience at Microsoft testing computer games. It was deadly. They paid us 50."

‘Deadly’, hey?

Judging by the longevity of fellow former X-Factor contestants’ singing careers, they may not want to rule out a shock return to the glamorous world of QA just yet…
