OnNetâ??s Berlin office to serve as a centre of operations on the continent

Korean studio expands into Europe

Korean web games studio OnNet has announced that its Berlin office will now serve as the firm’s European headquarters.

The Berlin office was opened in May of this year, and expanded over the following months, and will now assume the role of publisher for the company. The expansion has been supported by investment agency Germany Trade and Invest.

OnNet will also provide services in German, French and Spanish for the European language markets from its Berlin studio.

"Locally serving Germany’s gaming market is essential for us to continue to grow in Europe,” said OnNet Europe CEO David Chang.

“At the same time, Berlin provides the ideal base to reach gamers across the continent. Germany’s high-tech communications infrastructure is one of the world’s best and its pool of highly skilled workers is first class."
