Lucasarts president resigns

President of Lucasarts Darrell Rodriguez has resigned from his position at the studio, along with several members of his executive team.

Kotaku first reported on the story after the moves were announced at a Lucasarts staff meeting yesterday morning. Lucasfilm’s Jerry Bowerman has been named as Rodriguez’ temporary replacement.

No impact is expected to reach the studios development teams or publishing concerns.

Rodriguez joined Lucasarts in 2008 after serving as EA Los Angeles’ COO. He has not made any announcements as to his future plans.
