Microsoft gives away Live games

Microsoft is giving away two downloadable games as part of an advertising deal with crisps brand Doritos.

Avatar-based racer Doritos Crash Course is similar to Trials HD, while Harm’s Way is a more traditional car racing game. Both multiplayer titles can be downloaded for free on Xbox Live.

The games are the result of a deal between Microsoft and Doritos following similar promotions in the US, reports OXM. These have included competitions for players to submit a new game idea – with the winner getting their concept transformed into a real Doritos-sponsored game.

Both free-to-download games include 200 unlockable Gamerscore points, online leaderboards and multiplayer gameplay. They are available to download now.
