MICROSOFT: The Halo Channel coming to Xbox One

Platform holder Microsoft may have scrapped the majority of its original programming plans, but there’s no stopping the Chief.

The company has just announced what is calling The Halo Channel at Gamescom. It will provide access to an interactive range of programming and original content through their console.

It will also allow users to connect across any game on Xbox One.

A fresh partnership with Twitch has also been confirmed that will see assorted Master Chief content feature across the video streaming network and integrated into Microsoft’s Halo titles.

It has also confirmed that live-action series Halo Nightfall will be included with Halo: The Master Chief Collection.

On the stage, 343 demoed a multiplayer stage from the remastered Halo 2, complete with the nifty ability to switch between original and enhanced graphics.
