Overwatch hits 10 million players

Blizzard’s online shooter has reached a new milestone.

Overwatch just hit 10 million players, less than a month after its launch on May 24th, the publisher announced on Twitter (see below).

This number takes into account PC, Xbox One and PS4 players.

The game had already attracted 7m players during its first week, following a very successful beta which saw 9.7m gamers enjoy Blizzard’s new IP.

Overwatch was also at the top of the UK charts again this week,for the third week running.
