Payday 2 coming to PS4 and Xbox One

Another current-gen game is being re-released for Sony and Microsoft’s new consoles.

This time around it is heist title Payday 2. Overkill Software and 505 Games announced that the crime title is headed to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Dubbed the Crimewave Edition, the new release comes with a slew of extra content and ‘enhanced features’, though what these actual entail is yet to be revealed.

No release date has been set for this new version of the game.

Payday 2 originally launched in August 2013 for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. The title was profitable even before it launched.
