Promotion for Hideo Kojima

If you thought that one the most notorious ‘auteurs’ of video games couldn’t get more powerful enough, think again.

Konami’s Hideo Kojima, creator and creative director of the Metal Gear Solid series, has been given a new title, ‘Managing Director Operating Officer and Studio Head’, Kotaku reports.

Kojima was previously VP at Konami before founding his own studio, Kojima Productions – a move that took him away from the business side of the company and allowed him to focus on games development
