Psychonauts 2 hits $3.3m crowdfunding goal

Double Fine has announced that the Fig crowdfunding push for Psychonauts 2 has been successful.

The project has now surpassed its $3.3m goal, with the total currently standing at $3,357,197. Donations have been made by some 20,717 backers.

The campaign still has five days left and will remain live, with studio boss Tim Schafer promising that every donation will help to improve the final product during avideo update.
