Silent Hill slips to February

Konami has confirmed that Silent Hill: Shattered Memories will not arrive on retail shelves this year.

The game has previously been dated as a vague ‘Autumn 2009′ release, but a representative for the publisher told MCV: This has now slipped to February.”

Shattered Memories is a remake of the original Silent Hill, currently in development for Wii, PS2 and PSP. Key selling points for the Nintendo edition will obviously be revamped controls, but all three will feature extra clues, new characters and alternative storylines.
