Bungie’s Destiny has claimed the title of the most pre-ordered new IP ever, Sony has revealed.
The announcement was made at Sony’s Gamescom 2014 press conference, where the ties between the platform holder and the game were emphasised, including exclusive and timed content not found on other platforms.
Bungie also named the game’s first expansion – The Dark Below, which is due in December.
That’s just the start of the announcements coming from Sony tonight. Thomas Was Alone creator Mike Bithell has confirmed PS4 and Vita timed exclusivity for his next title Volume, while indie hit Paper Please is also PlayStation bound
