Square Enix announces studio shake-up

Square Enix has enacted a major restructuring of its studio leadership teams in Europe and North America.

As part of a company-wide reshuffle, Darrell Gallagher has taken on the role of head of studios at the publisher.

Previously studio head at Tomb Raider developer Crystal Dynamics, Gallagher will be now lead all studios in North America and Europe, working to develop the publisher’s portfolio strategy.

Gallagher will also retain his role at Crystal Dynamics for the immediate future.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution executive producer David Anfossi meanwhile will become studio head at Eidos Montreal.
