Tesco pushes MW3 pre-orders

The UK’s biggest supermarket is to begin taking pre-orders for this November’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 from midnight tonight.

Tesco has placed in the ad in a number of national papers today, though it doesn’t state what price it will be selling the game for.

It does, however, offer those who pre-order the chance to grab a copy of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for just 10.

The Call of Duty series has become a traditional title on which retailers choose to battle on price. Back in 2009 Modern Warfare 2 was available for as little as 25.99 on its day of release. Last year Black Ops could be had for just 99p to those who traded in specific titles.

Modern Warfare 3 will be released worldwide on November 8th.
