VIDEO: Unreal Engine 4 user creates stunning Paris apartment demo

A member of the Unreal Engine 4 community has released a new tech demo that further shows the graphical capabilities of Epic Games’ technology.

Dereau Benoit, who classes himself as a CG generalist and level designer, built a virtual apartment for his Unreal Paris demo, which you can take a video tour of below. 

Benoit stresses that this is a personal project, and credits CGtextures.com, Evermotion’s Archmodels and 3D furniture specialist Design Connected as some of the tools used to create the demo.

The developer’s accomplishments need little else in the way of introduction. Just watch the video below and marvel at the level of detail. You can download the build from Benoit’s website.
