Vivendi titles to be sold off?

Ghostbusters and 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand could be sold off as Activision Blizzard assumes Vivendi’s release slate, the new publishing powerhouse has told MCV.

While Crash, Spyro and Prototype have been confirmed for release by the new giant, the rest of Vivendi’s release schedule hangs in the balance.

Crash, Spyro and Prototype will definitely be released this and next year," said UK MD Andrew Brown. "There are still decisions ahead but we’re retaining franchises that fit with our long-term strategy.”

When asked about Ghostbusters and 50 Cent, he added: The company is reviewing its options regarding titles that it will not be publishing.”
