Rare’s Louise O’Connor

Louise O’Connor, executive producer at Rare, commented: “In 35 years of making games, Rare has seen countless changes in the industry, from the types of games we develop to the new audiences we develop them for. We believe in building new and unique experiences for all types of players, and to do that we constantly challenge ourselves to think differently.

“Culture is the bedrock of change for good, and for empowering our teams to be creative and inclusive. At Rare, all perspectives are encouraged and welcomed, and the diversity within our teams allows for bold, creative ideas. Sponsoring the MCV Women In Games awards allows us to celebrate diversity in our industry and to recognise the incredible skill, hard work and talent achieved by all those nominated.”
