Red Dead Redemption is the most-requested Xbox 360 game for backwards compatibility

Microsoft has been asking its fans what Xbox 360 games they want to see appearing on Xbox One via its nearly-announced backwards compatibility functionality.

The platform holder has been lettings its consumers vote for the games they want to be playable on its newer hardware.

So far only 22 games have been confirmed for the backwards compatibility, including Mass Effect, Rainbow Six Las Vegas 1 and 2.

Leading the way is Rockstar’s 2010 Western title Red Dead Redemption, with Call of Duty: Black Ops II appearing in second place.

Here is the list of the top games at the time of writing.
