Release date for PES 2012 DLC

Konami has dated its first free DLC release for the upcoming PES 2012.

Interestingly, the download will arrive before the game is actually release – tomorrow (October 11th). PES 2012 will be released in the UK this Friday on October 14th.

Included in the DLC are roster updates, kits changes for 29 teams including Real Madrid, new players and some new items. In total changes will be made to some 160 clubs contained within the game.

It also adjusts the skill parameters of some of the players.

PES 2012 launches with EA’s FIFA 12 enjoying its second week on the top of the charts. The reviews for Konami’s game have been strong this year and it will be interesting to see if this converts into a strong commercial performance.
