Rising Star publishes free DoDonPachi strategy guide

There are few gaming experiences as challenging as a Cave shooter in full flow, so publisher Rising Star Games has chosen to give its fanbase a helping hand.

Today marks the release of DoDonPachi: Resurrection on Xbox 360 and those wishing to familiarise themselves with the intricate scoring mechanics of the title can now download a free guide to the game from the Rising Star website.

All you have to do is register with the site and then visit this link. The guide can be found in the Members Only box.

The document is written by none other than Will Freeman, the editor of MCV’s sister magazine Develop. Freeman is one of the top Cave and shmup players in the country.
