Rugby World Cup releases early

Rugby World Cup 2011 is now being sold at all major retailers in Australia and New Zealand, before its official release date.

Tuff Kat Entertainment, local distributors of the game, have confirmed to MCV that the official release date is still Thursday 25th August.

Regardless, EB Games, GAME and JB HiFi are all already selling the much anticipated title, which is retailing for AUD$99.95 or NZD$119.95.

EB Games Australia is also pre-ordering a bundle deal with a 4Gb Xbox 360 for AUD$344, which hasn’t yet started selling.
