Sony now sending mailers to Indian PSN users

PlayStation Network users around the world may take it for granted, but Sony has now finally begun its email newsletter service for PSN users in India.

Sony sent out the first mailer to Indian PSN users today, which includes updates on new releases and various features available to PSN users.

Unlike mailers sent out to users from other countries, however, the mailer doesn’t include any localised prices or special offers.

The lack of email support to Indian PSN users was first highlighted during last year’s infamous PSN service outage, when a large chunk of Indian users failed to receive vital service and security updates.
