Square Enix pulling Final Fantasy VII G-Bike support in December

Final Fantasy mobile spin-off FFVII G-Bike will shut down later this year, Square Enix has confirmed.

Gematsureports the studio will pull support of the iOS and Android release on December 15th, with money-based sales of in-game currency ending on October 13th.

Although we were pushing forward with discussions until now, we’ve come to the conclusion that from here it will be difficult to provide a service that will satisfy our users, so today we have decided to end service,” the company stated.

Final Fantasy VII G-Bike launched in Japan last October. Awestern releasefor the racing title was announced, but never came to fruition.
