Supercell grossing $500,000 a day on iOS

Social game developer Supercell has revealed its averaging over the startling figure of $500,000 a day between two iOS games.

The studio told The New York Times its raking a cool $350,000 daily from the App Store after Apple takes it 30 per cent.

That means Supercell is bringing in over $10m each month after Apple takes its cut.

The Finland-based dev established a ‘tablet-first’ mobile strategy earlier this year, and has seen unreal sales success from its iOS releases Hay Day and Clash of Clans.

Tallying Rovio’s well-known App Store accomplishmentsalongside Supercell, it seems clear making mobile games in Finland is a pretty lucrative endeavor.
