Svampriket aims for kids in Sweden

Up-and-coming Swedish gaming blog Svampriket is introducing a new section, called Junior, aimed at younger children – and their parents.

The strandis a development of their previous video blog series, Mamma Pappa Barn, where children played games and talked about them with an eye to the younger demographic and their mothers and fathers.

Heading up the new section is veteran video blogger, podcaster and writer Ludde Lundblad, and Samson Wiklund, who currently works mainly with the radio show P3 Spel and the podcast Retroresan.

Lundblad said: Junior is first and foremost aimed at you as a parent. We hope that you won’t have to stumble through the jungle of games that are out there – so that you won’t have to catch your 8-year old killing digital prostitutes to get their play money back in front of their Playstation 3.
