THQ VP Teri Manby quits

THQ’s vice president Teri Manby has resigned from the beleaguered publisher, it has been revealed.

Manby, who also acts as corporate controller and chief accounting officer, is to leave the company on July 6th.

The THQ VP had officially resigned from her role on June 14th.

Senior director of financial reporting Rose Cunningham has been promoted to VP and corporate controller, while THQ chief financial officer Paul Pucino will assume the role of chief accounting officer.

The appointment of a new VP comes after THQ appointed Naughty Dog co-founder Jason Rubin last month as its new president to help steer the company away from financial turmoil.
