The complaint, posted online by IGN, accuses Activision of forcing the two former Infinity Ward bosses out so the publisher can avoid paying substantial bonus payments, as well as claim creative control of the Modern Warfare brand.

The transcript details what Activision had offered Infinity Ward to develop Modern Warfare 2, as well as the developer’s concerns over the publisher and the investigation that led to West and Zampella’s dismissal.
