UK CHARTS: Toy Story 3 on top

There’s a new UK No.1 in video games: Toy Story 3 has taken the top spot this week.

Woody, Buzz and Jessie’s adventure rises from last week’s No.5 to topple Microsoft’s Crackdown 2 – the 360 exclusive has in fact failen all the way to 10th place.

Disney’s another new No.1 for the UK – it’s in fact the 16 different games have taken the top slot in the charts this year.

It’s also Disney Interactive’s first No.1 in the UK since 2007’s Pirates of the Caribbean game.

Elsewhere, Red Dead Redemption rises to second place, pushing Dance on Broadway to third.

LEGO Harry Potter slips to fourth – but Tiger Woods 11 is up as well to fifth.

There’s another new entry in the top ten, too: Nintendo/Square Enix’s DS game Dragon Quest IX.
