UPDATE: Call of Duty: Black Ops III launching later this year

Call of Duty developer Treyarch has released a new video teasing an upcoming official reveal for Call of Duty: Black Ops III.

At least, all signs point to Black Ops III. The video’s is titled Back in Black” and ends with the Roman numeral for three. Black Ops protagonist Alex Mason appears to be involved as well.

Treyarch developed the first two Black Ops titles, launching the original in 2010 and the sequel in 2012.

Whatever Treyarch and Activison are planning to call it, the next Call of Duty game will be revealed April 26th.

UPDATE: Activision has taken to Twitter to confirm that the video is indeed teasing Black Ops III. The game will launch this year, and more details will be revealed on the aforementioned reveal date later this month.
