US: Pre-E3 360 price drop?

Rumours of an Xbox 360 price cut in the US won’t go away, as an unverified Kmart scan indicates that a price cut is set to take place in early July.

The scan in question can be seen over on High-Def Digest forums, and shows the Xbox 360 Pro SKU for $299.99, a reduction of $50.

We do not comment on rumour or speculation,” was the response Microsoft gave MCV, with no word if the price cut is set to hit other SKUs or whether the UK will see a similar price drop.
