VIDEO: LEGO Batman 3 announced for autumn release

Warner Bros has confirmed that TT Games is working on LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

It sees the Dark Knight team up with Superman and DC chums and take to space to fight Brainiac. Over 150 characters are included as well as locations such as the Batcave, Hall of Justice and Justice League Watchtower.

Building on the incredibly successful LEGO Batman franchise, we are working to make LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham the ultimate super hero video game this year for all ages,” TT Games MD Tom Stone said.

The TT Games team is bringing LEGO Batman and an astounding amount of characters from the DC Comics universe to the next frontier with a new epic story, more gadgets and unexpected challenges.”

LEGO Batman 3 will be released on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, 360, Wii U, PC, Vita and 3DS this autumn.
