Shinji Mikami’s much anticipated The Evil Within is the subject of a brand new trailer, which you can see below.
The game is the latest creator from Resident Evil mastermind Shinji Mikami, whose name was made with hits such as Resident Evil, RE2, RE3, RE4 and Code Veronica, as well as other titles such as Devil May Cry, Killer 7, God Hand and Viewtiful Joe.
Developed by Shinji Mikami and the talented team at Tango Gameworks, The Evil Within embodies the meaning of pure survival horror,” the blurb reads.
Highly-crafted environments, horrifying anxiety, and an intricate story are combined to create an immersive world that will bring you to the height of tension. With limited resources at your disposal, you’ll fight for survival and experience profound fear in this perfect blend of horror and action.
The game will be released on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on August 29th.
