Warner boss joins SCi Board

President of Warner Bros Home Entertainment Group Kevin Tsujihara has joined the Board of SCi Entertainment as non-executive director.

The news follows Warner doubling its sharecount in the Eidos parent in April – taking its stake up to 20 per cent.

Meanwhile, Aaron Brown – an associate of SCi investor Robert Tchenguiz – has also joined in the same role.

Tsujihara’s appointment is in accordance with the terms of an agreement between the two companies, which includes provisions for the appointment of a director nominated by Warner Bros.

Brown is a Director of R20 Limited, the investment vehicle of Tchenguiz. His appointment to the Board of SCi forms part of a similar agreement between the Company and Thorson (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Tchenguiz’s Discretionary Trust).

SCi chairman Tim Ryan said: "We are very pleased to welcome Kevin Tsujihara and Aaron Brown to the Board of SCi and look forward to working with them and benefiting from their considerable experience and expertise."
