Watch the first episode of Razer eSports documentary Team Razer: Great Games right now

The first instalment in Razer’s three-part eSports documentary has hit the web.

Episode one of ‘Team Razer: Great Games’ looks at the beginnings of contemporary eSports, focusing on the formative effect of Blizzard’s seminal real-time strategy game StarCraft: Brood War and widely-known eSports competitors such as Jaedong and Flash, before moving onto StarCraft II and the emergence of prominent eSports figure HerO.

The next two episodes will focus on the world of Massive Online Battle Arena (MOBA) games, providing insight into the rise of Dota 2 and League of Legends.

Parts two and three will be released at 2pm on December 6th and December 13th respectively.

All three parts of the film are directed by the creator of the critically-acclaimed Super Smash Bros documentary The Smash Brotherss: Armada, Travis ‘Samox’ Beauchamp.
