Watch the video: XCOM developer turns games retailer

Developers and retailers haven’t always seen eye-to-eye, but when they do it can lead to some hilarious results.

Take for instance Jake Solomon. The lead designer on the upcoming turn-based strategy game XCOM: Enemy Unknown. He wants people to buy his new game. So he attended Power Gamer in Maryland, US to try and persuade customers to part cash for the title.

You can watch his superb retailing skills below.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown is due on Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on October 12th. It is being developed by Firaxis.
