Weather update for DriveClub set to arrive today

DriveClub’s long-touted dynamic weather system is set for addition to the troubled racing title later today, developer Evolution has announced.

The system was one of DriveClub’s big selling points ahead of launch, but was always planned for release as a patch post-launch.

The update adds various inclement conditions, such as rain, snow and storms, with wet and icy tracks providing virtual racers with the challenge of slippery roads.

The mode is the latest step in DriveClub’s post-launch patching, following last week’s reactivation of Challenges and the release of November’s premium DLC pack for free as part of an apology for on-going issues.
