We’re extending the deadline for MCV Women in Games 2025

MCV/DEVELOP has extended the nomination deadline for the Women in Games Awards 2025.

Originally set for Monday, July 14, the new deadline is now Monday, July 21, 2025.

The extension comes in response to the busy industry calendar, with many professionals attending the Develop:Brighton Conference in Brighton this week. To ensure everyone has the opportunity to take part, the organisation is offering an additional week for nominations.

“We’ve already seen an incredible level of interest in this year’s awards,” said MCV/DEVELOP’s Vanessa Joyce.

“But we recognise that many of the industry’s leading women have been in Brighton this week and may not have had the time to complete their entries. This extra week gives everyone a fair chance to be recognised.”

The MCV/DEVELOP Women in Games Awards celebrate the outstanding contributions of women across all areas of the games industry. With a record number of entries last year, the 2025 awards are expected to reach even greater heights.

Nominations can be submitted until midnight on Monday, July 21, 2025.
