Deadly Premonition calls for Steam Greenlight votes

Rising Star Games has started a Steam Greenlight appeal to release Deadly Premonition: Director’s Cut on PC.

The Director’s Cut version of the survival horror game was released for PS3 earlier this year, improving on the Xbox 360 original with overhaul visuals, tweaked controls and additional content.

The Steam version would include all of this, plus new DLC exclusive to PC players. It will also feature Steam Trading Cards and Achievements.

Users can vote to have the game published at Deadly Premonition’s Greenlight page. If successful, this will be the UK publisher’s first title on the leading digital marketplace.

"Steam’s Greenlight process is a first for Rising Star Games and there is nothing better than the cult hit, Deadly Premonition: Director’s Cut, to make our mark on it," said MD and COO Martin Defries.

"Rising Star Games is an extremely community-driven publisher and our vocal fans have been calling for a PC version of this game, so using Steam Greenlight gives those fans the chance to make a difference."
