Abertay University has partnered with Game Expo Scotland.
The deal will see Game Expo Scotland set up a stand at Dare Protoplay encouraging a cosplay competition amongst attendees.
The ten best costumes will win a t-shirt each day. To enter, attendees must tweet a photo with the hashtag #GESDare or directly at @gameexposcot.
Abertay will also have an on-site presence at Game Expo Scotland in October, showcasing what their courses offer for prospective students.
“Having Abertay University with us at Game Expo Scotland 2014 is an immense pleasure and a wonderful opportunity for gamers across Scotland and the UK,” said GES creator Rowan Mackie.
“With their presence on the show floor, they can inspire and inform budding talent about how best to shape their future into the industry they love.”
Dare Protoplay will take place this week from Thursday, August 7th to Sunday, August 10th.
Game Expo Scotland 2014 will take place on October 4th and 5th.
