AGK allows users to code and deploy apps

Android 2.3 beta for App Game Kit

The App Game Kit for developers has released a beta version for Android 2.3 devices, with the full version expected by end of October.

AGK developer The Game Creators said the any title created on the kit will now run without change on Android 2.3.

The App Game Kit allows developers to code their games in AGK script or C++ using an industry standard IDE, then compile their game app to their target platform and deploy it to the desired app store.

AGK was released in August to support iOS, Mac OS, Windows, Samsung Bada and Meego.
