Tech firm preparing demonstration of its dynamic sound engine

Audio Factory looking for beta testers

Israeli tech start-up Audio Factory is seeking beta testers for its dynamic sound technology.

Previously covered a few weeks ago, Audio Factory is a sound engine that dynamically generates sounds based on data from the game’s graphics and physics engines, rather than replying on playing back and remixing pre-recorded foley effects.

It is currently preparing an ‘open source game based software demonstration’ of the technology for later in the year, and wants interested developers to join in. More details of the beta can be obtained by e-mailing philip@audiofactorysound.com
