Ruined Online to take browser gamers to a post-apocalyptic San Francisco

Bigpoint’s US outfit begins development

The US arm of portal giant Bigpoint has made public details of its first project – an ambitious browser-based arena combat game set in a post-apocalyptic San Francisco.

Called ruined Online, the title is currently in early development, is being created using Unity 3, and promises to deliver console quality gaming in-browser.

“We came to the United States to extend and optimise our existing portfolio of games and to create new titles specifically for this market,” said Heiko Hubertz, CEO and founder of Bigpoint.
