Jade Raymond and Bruce Shelly add to star line-up

Blizzard and BioWare bosses set for DICE Summit

Two major rivals of the MMO space will each have key staff host talks at this year’s Dice Summit.

BioWare co-founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk are to offer a keynote at the February event, as will Blizzard CEO Mike Morhaime.

BioWare is currently building Star Wars The Old Republic, the next MMO hoping to usurp World Of Warcraft’s six-year reign. Morhaime’s Blizzard, meanwhile, is continually working on updates to its seminal MMO to keep it fresh for consumers.

Also confirmed to attend is Ubisoft Montreal boss Jade Raymond, and Bruce Shelley – the former head of RTS studio Ensemble.

“We’re looking forward to putting these five videogame legends on stage to open the tenth iteration of the DICE Summit," said organiser Martin Rae.

“It’s the first time the Academy has endeavoured to create a presentation of this kind.”
